Studio Classes

Morning classes are held at the lovely Castaways Bar & Grill at the entrance of the St. Lawrence Gap, and evening classes are at the peaceful Sage Grace in Hastings. Please book in advance, as space and mats are limited, and classes are subject to cancellation based on numbers and weather conditions. Thanks!

Private classes are available upon request and can be structured to suit your personal level of experience, length of class, time of day, and location preferences.

SUP (stand up paddle) yoga is held every Sunday at Port St Charles (west coast). These fun, challenging, light-hearted classes are a mix if flow and stretch, modified to make it more accessible while balancing on a floating object! Private classes can be booked upon request to accommodate your schedule and location.

Current schedule: our outdoor, in-person classes offer plenty of space, and all of the morning sessions are available to join on Zoom. Please note that class times are in Atlantic Standard Time:
